This is generally the first page to appear when creating or editing an appointment.

 

 

 

 

 

You can advance to the next tab in the sequence by clicking but can also go directly to the other tabs but clicking on them directly. For example, go to the Concerns page if the customer is calling with a specific complaint. Also, it is recommended that you go to the History tab:

  • If the customer does not know the mileage on the vehicle, as the History page will show the last mileage and date of service, or
  • As a good practice, to review previous RO history, maintenance bought and declined, pre-writes and the Technician inspection reports (for those dealers with Technician Inspection enabled).
